Ship Security Plan – ISPS Code

Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP) – ISPS Code

Maritime Labour Convention – MLC2006
The Flag State of your ship(s) might still did not ratify MLC2006 Convention. Ballast Water Management Plan – BWMP
Having an approved ballast water management plan (BWMP) onboard is a requirement of the BWM Convention (Reg. B-1). We will take the role to review your plan onboard, assist with approval and ensure the optimum methods for practical & simple implementation onboard for time saving for the ship and crew.
Garbage Management Plan

Backed up by over 25 years in the role as a Designated Person Ashore (DPA), with over 500 Internal Audits performed onboard various types ships and shore-based offices, we shall bring to you a real sensible professionality in Internal Auditing for various mandatory & optional management systems.
Contracted DPA
Otherwise, you can choose to “Sub-contract DPA” for your fleet, to take full or assist in duties as follows:
Long/short term contract; annual, six-monthly or quarterly, to complete DPA duties or review SMS, train ship’s staff, etc.
We shall agree schedule for visits to your ships to do the job needed onboard & among the crew.
Attend Certification External Audits by RO and ensure best results.
Attend any other RO Inspections & Audits and handling the results. Follow up, verification and closing of reports.
